Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order in the United States. Shipping is built into the price, so what you see is what you pay.

 

Orders ship from California within 1 to 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days after they ship. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Going to a festival soon? Order at least 7 days before you leave. If you are cutting it close, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

 

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

 

If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, give it 24 hours, check with neighbors and building management, then email us and we will sort it out.
