What is in it?
Each day has two single-serve stick packs. AM is a hydration and vitamin packet: vitamin C 1,200 mg, B12, B6, D3, zinc, and electrolytes (potassium, sodium, magnesium). PM is magnesium glycinate with trace minerals to support relaxation and sleep.* Both are zero sugar and mix into water.
How do I use it?
AM: mix one packet in about 16 oz of water when you wake up. PM: mix one packet in about 8 oz of water before bed. That is the whole routine. One AM and one PM every day of the festival.
Is it a pill?
No. Everything is a powder stick pack you pour into water. No pills, no capsules, nothing to swallow dry.
Are there any drugs or medications in it?
No. Last Set contains only vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes. There is no caffeine, no 5-HTP, no pain relievers, and nothing you cannot buy in a normal supplement aisle.
Can I bring it into a festival?
Every packet is sealed, labeled, and shows the full ingredient list on the stick, which is what security looks for. Policies vary by event, so check your festival's allowed items list. Most allow sealed, factory-labeled supplement packets.
Who should not use it?
Last Set is for adults 18 and over. Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, including kidney issues.
How fast does it ship?
