Refund policy

If you are not happy with Last Set, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because this is a consumable product, we can only refund unopened kits, but if something was wrong with what you received we will replace it regardless.

 

To start a return, email jameswda@usc.edu with your order number. We will send you a prepaid label for unopened kits. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

 

Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo and we will ship a replacement the same day. No return needed.

 

We cannot accept returns on kits that have been opened, and we cannot refund orders that missed a festival because they were placed less than 7 days before the event.
